We always strive to deliver skincare that works but if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. order ID, invoice, or email confirmation).
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival.
After inspection, we’ll update you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g. credit card, online bank transfer, eWallet).
You will receive the refund within a few business days, depending on your card issuer or payment gateway’s processing time.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
